ALMOST made the cut...

UTSA at Middle Tennessee (Key C-USA game. Blue Raiders coming off BIG win over THE U. Wanted this game on the WEEK 5 slate, but Huskies-Bruins beat it out at the wire)

Virginia Tech at UNC (Hokies ONLY a 9 point dawg at midweek, but Heels should win by 3 TDs or more. Maybe Ian can help even the playin field?)

LSU at Auburn (Tigers didn't put up much of a fight vs. PSU. Brian Kelly SHOULD be 4-1 after this one).

Oregon State at #12 Utah (Beavers ALMOST got Trojans last weekend... do with that what you want. Utes seem to have regained their stride after opener loss to Gator Nation).

Liberty at Old Dominion (Just another in a series of classic September Commonwealth Clashes in 2022!)

4:00 #15 Oregon (2-1) at Washington State (3-0)  FOX

7:00 #10 Arkansas (3-0) at #23 Texas A&M (2-1) ESPN

UCONN-NCSU not on WEEK 4 slate due to VERY LOW degree of difficulty. BUT... pick the winning score (or closest to it) and win a BONUS POINT

_____________________________________________

ALMOST made the cut...

FRIDAY:  Virginia at Syracuse (Orange playing well out of gate for Coach Babers. This game might have made the WEEK 4 slate with a more impressive Hoos win over ODU last weekend)

Arizona at California (Winner will be halfway to bowl eligibility in this PAC-12 clash. Bears a FG fav)

Stanford at #18 Washington (Potential letdown game for Huskies after W over Sparty. Two TD point spread might be a bit much for U-Dub)

#7 USC at Oregon State (3-0 Beavers might make this a game for a while if they get off to a good start, but CFP bound Trojans are GUARANTEED to win by more than that one TD spread)

Texas Christian at Southern Methodist (Horned Frogs faved by a deuce over Mustangs)

ALMOST made the cut...

Troy at Appalachian State (College Gameday will be in BOONE!!! Will tASU have a letdown against Troy after epic win over Jimbo Fisher? Possibly, but Mounties probably cover that 12.5 spread)

Florida State at Louisville (Which Cards team will show up? The one vs. Syracuse or the one vs. UCF?)

#23 Pittsburgh at Western Michigan (Can Panthers gain some style points for #goacc after the tough loss to Vols? Will be a tough test in Kalamazoo!)

Liberty at #19 Wake Forest (Deacs need to be careful against Hugh Freeze and 2-0 Flames. Don't look ahead to CLEMSON next Saturday!!!)

UTSA at #21 Texas (Hook 'Em better be as interested in Roadrunners as they were against Roll Tide last weekend)

WEEK 2 2022-23 COLLEGE FOOTBALL CHALLENGE (sposored by STARBUCKS) Games Sat, Sept. 10th

 WEEK 2

12:00 Missouri (1-0) at Kansas State (1-0) ESPN2

12:00 Duke (1-0) at Northwestern (1-0) FS1

12:00 North Carolina (2-0) at Georgia State (0-1) ESPNU

12:00 UTSA (0-1) at Army (0-1) CBSSN

3:30 #24 Tennessee (1-0) at #17 Pittsburgh (1-0) ABC

4:00 Iowa State (1-0) at Iowa (1-0) BIG 10 + 4 Network

4:00 #25 Houston (1-0) at Texas Tech (1-0) FS1

7:00 #20 Kentucky (1-0) at #12 Florida (1-0) ESPN

10:15 #9 Baylor (1-0) at #21 Brigham Young (1-0) ESPN

10:30 Oregon State (1-0) at Fresno State (1-0) CBSSN

NOTE:  In a rare occasion, Charleston Southern vs. #18 NCSU was pulled from the WEEK 2 slate due to its VERY LOW degree of difficulty. HOWEVER... man closet to final score can erase an L on their WEEK 2 record.

_______________________________________

ALMOST made the cut..,

#1 Alabama at Texas (Yours Truly will definitely tune in for this one! Hook 'Em has plenty of talent and Austin will be rockin', but Steve Sarkisian's Horns not ready to handle Darth Saban. That current 20 point spread too much for this game to make WEEK 2 slate)

#10 USC at Stanford (This rivalry has seen some classics and some classic upsets, but not this year. Lincoln Riley looking for Trojans first CFP trip. SC should be more than a current TD fav)

South Carolina at #16 Arkansas (Key early SEC match-up betwixt two teams that have no shot at winning the league, but will go bowlin')

Virginia at Illinois (ACC could use some style points as Hoos have tough game vs. BIG 10 + 4 foe)

#23 Wake Forest at Vanderbilt (Deacs almost two TD fav over 2-0 Commodores. Could be tough for a while, but Sam Hartman is back this weekend)

ALMOST made the cut...

Army at Coastal Carolina (Came down to this game or Houston-UTSA. Do The Mullet Men still have that magic??? Black Knights will be a very tough challenge)

#4 Clemson at Georgia Tech (This game has given Tigers trouble at times... playin in HOTlanta. After last year's "setback", does anybody really thing CU will lose this one?)
