  6. UTSA 33 TROY 30: (5 POINTS)
Troy will represent the Sun Belt well, but Roadrunners QB Frank Harris (he was granted a SEVENTH year of eligibility by NCAA for next year) will get the job done. Should be a GREAT game!

  9. LOUISVILLE 26 CINCINNATI 23: (3 POINTS)
Scott Satterfield's former team beats Scott Satterfield's current team, although Scott Satterfield will be on neither sideline.

    JACKSON STATE 33 NCCU 23: (10 POINTS)
Bull City Eagles will try to control the ball on the ground, but Coach Prime Time will ride off to Boulder 13-0 at JSU.

    OREGON STATE 30 FLORIDA 23: (10 POINTS)
Beavers most underrated team in PAC-12. Meh Gator Nation missing too many key players, including QB Richardson sitting out for NFL Draft protection.

FRESNO STATE 31 WASHINGTON STATE 27: (6 POINTS)
Wazzu has the offense to keep up with Bulldogs, but tFSU's Jake Haener will make a big play in 4th quarter.

    SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI 29 RICE 19: (10 POINTS)
Owls got a bowl bid at 5-7 because of top academic standing. Rice will make this game sticky for a while, but SoMiss will win TO battle and make big defensive plays in 2nd half.

    SMU 37 BYU 30: (10 POINTS)
Mustangs have lost to some tough teams (TCU, MD, Cincy, Tulane, UCF). Both offenses can score, but Cougs will be without Jaren Hall.

BOISE STATE 41 NORTH TEXAS 24: (10 POINTS)
Mean Green showed me against UTSA that they can't play D. Broncos should breeze in second half.
